Useless tracking company. Panic button only worked for 3 months.

I have been reporting a faulty panic button for the past 2 months and they kept on saying the panic button is working. After threatening them to involve my lawyers that when they started to take me serious. They told me to take the car to their fitment centre for the panic button to be fixed which doesn't make sense to me because when they installed the tracker they came to me now i have to go to them. If you want peace don't bother taking them as your tracking device they are *******. You will pay for services not rendered to you. Useless tracking company that after our hard earned money.
