Useless tracking company NXAAA.

I never choose this tracking , but the company where i bought the vehicle was using Matrix vehicle tracking company , since my is second hand and then on the 21st of July 2023, i choose to canceled Matrix services because of their poor services , and send them the email to cancellation department , they ignored my ignore up until now ,they have referred my account to so called group Nible group , who is busy send me statements that i owe R639,OO. I am very angry and frustrated and i wont pay that amount because i have proof that i have cancelled this useless Matrix vehicle tracking and my .Reference number is ***6
