useless tracker and bad service tracker company
<p>i got a beame tracker from the company MiX Telematics for about a year now..on the 31.01.2017 i called them to find out were my car was becouse my relative did not pick up the phone all day i was looking for my car and the tracking company told me they cant see where my car is and the thing si not giving them any update but they will keep in touch na dthey logged a call with the technician department..i called them again in about 30 min..and they told me they logged a call laready and they will call me as soon as the thing is fixed....but still no one has called me till now the 01.02.2017 at 08.30...but i got my car same day even though i did not get any help from them...am wondering if that thing installed on my car is even working.....thanks</p>

no one ever informed me that i will be paying for that...and why would you call it a tracker when i cant even track where my car is..the consaltant i was talking to said the were obsolutly no updates on the tracker and couldnt see where my car is how is that possible if the device is "fully functioning" ..your tracking company is completely useless and has poor service you dont even explain your services...i will cancel it as soon as possible and get good tracker for my car...thanks for nothing.....
