USELESS SERVICE!!
Very bad experience with this company!!!! I have a tracking device with Mixtelematics (Beame) but failing to cancel the device which is useless. I called and sent numerous emails to cancel the device but no response. Instead their sales agents call me to offer me an upgrade for my device. I instructed them to cancel my device instead as i had already sent a mail to cancel but the sales agents hang up on me. Their purpose is just to sell but they don't care about their customers!!! Debit order goes off my account every month on a product which i'm not satisfied and constantly trying to cancel!!!!!! Mixtelematics- If you read my review, please respond to my email- *** Advise no one to sign up with them!
