Useless Pathetic Service
I have been trying to cancel my Beame Tracker all week. No one respondes to emails and no one answers calls. This terrible customer service only negatively impacts the company even further because I have absolutely no faith that if my vehicle had been ****** that you guy would even answer the phone to acknowledge it. Absolutely Pathetic service. I just want to cancel my track with you because my car has been traded in. I don't have it anymore- Come on

20 Feb 2025, 15:31I appreciate the service I received after posting my complaint. I was contacted and everything was sorted out by 10am the next day. I wish I didn't have to post on Hello Peter to get a response but I do appreciate the assistance once I did.
