Useless customer service system!!! Can't cancel account!
I have been trying to cancel my account with them since 2016. I have proof via e-mail showing I've been trying to cancel my account. They have ****** thousands from me over the years.
I left SA in 2017 and it has been a nightmare trying to close this account. I had to close my a bank accounts in SA to stop them from *****ing from me.
I'll be getting a lawyer in SA to sue them for every cent they have taken from me. I'm fed up and ready to make sure the legal system is aware of the ***** that is happening with this company!
