Useless Customer Care

So on the 17th of January a gave Mix Telematics an instruction to cancel my Beame device , I reveid a reference nymber ***7 and called them to confirm and they said it is cancelled , on the 31st a Debit order still went off my account for the premium. I must admit the communication is pathetic to say the least and I demand a refund
