USELESS COMPANY
It's a amazing tha Mix Telematrix can reply the reviews but they can't answer their calls or emails. I've sent an email notifying them that my car was written off by my insurance in May 2022 but they're are ignoring my emails and now I received an SMS that they handed my account to the credit bureau after I have stopped the debit. MixTelematrix you are useless and greedy. Reply my emails and I have cancelled the contract, I do not have a car right now. Irate

Cancellation has been processed and confirmation was sent on email.
We also have requested credit for late cancellation to our finance department to erase the arrears amount, for credit to be approved it takes about 14-21 days.
