USELESS

I can't get into my device status please fix the problem. It's so frustrating dealing with a company that just says uninstall and reinstall all the time and it will work. IT DOESN'T WORK DOING THAT THE ERROR IS ON YOUR SIDE. IT'S NOT BECAUSE I'M USING A HUAWEI PHONE GRRRRR every consultant I've spoken to had said they will phone me back and I'm still waiting. My last communication was on 20th Jan 2021 and it's now February and I'm still waiting for that call back. They are the most useless company, but they are quick to take your premium. I'm not the only person to experience this issue.
