Useless and *********** company

I had a beame tracker installed by Mix telematics and which the service was not paid monthly but was paid directly when I bought the car by the dealership. Now my car has been written off and had to cancel the service. When I called in to cancel I could not be assisted, I was told the dealership needs to cancel and I cannot. I told them I'm the owner and which means I can cancel whenever I want to. I called the dealership and they were surprised to hear all this and they sent them an email seeking clarity on that an finally it was cancelled on the 03/09/2019. I have been promised the refund since then. My shortfall claim cannot be finalized because of them. They need to refund the bank so that the shortfall can finalize. I spoke to a lady name Tarnisha who promised that they will refund on Friday 4th. Today the 08/10/2019 called because I saw that the bank was not refunded. Bear in mind that I'm dealing with July incident. Tarnisha told me that they paid on Friday but they paid the dealership and not the bank. I called the dealership and they were surprised to hear this nonsense. I called Tarnisha for proof of payment and she promised to email it to the dealership and cc me. She's taking me for a ride because at close of business I still did not receive anything. I'm hopeless and stuck with unfinalized claim for 2 months now plus the bank debt which needs to be paid because of Mix telematics.
