Useless after sales service

MiXTelematics, with Matrix and Beamie is a total sham. After multiple times of trying to get hold of them through their useless call centre robot system (many minutes of holding and being cut off every time) I finally emailed them to cancel my tracking subscription with them in one of my vehicles. They rep**** to my email confirming the cancellation albeit after a very long time. The shocking thing is that they did not actual proceed to cancel the service as they said they would and monthly payments are still being deducted from my account even as we speak. I would strongly recommend that no-one uses any of their products. I will never in my life use them again.
