Useless

<p> </p> <p>So after having tracker in 2 of my cars, one was in an accident was written off, so mixtelematics is still expecting me to pay 2 premiums. They called me a couple of weeks ago telling me that I owe them a premium, so I told the agent to cancel my accounts and she told me to pay a cancellation fee for both cars even the one that is written off but I agreed and asked her to send me settlement letter, 3 to 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for a settlement. If spoken to about 4 agents that have claimed they sent de settlement letter, one agent said they needed my cancellation in writing I did that too and I'm still waiting. dealing with matrix mixtelematics has been a nightmare. And I will throw a fit should one person call me about outstanding premiums nxa. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Very irate and irritated client. I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CANCELLED FOR BOTH CARS!! </p>
