Urgent cancellation for my Matrix tracker/Dispute outstanding bill 2nd attempt

I am writing to request your immediate assistance in canceling my Matrix Mixtelemarketing Tracker, which I initially requested to be canceled in December 2024 before the end of my 36-month contract in January 2025. Despite my repeated requests, the contract was not canceled, and I am now being informed that I owe R389.

I strongly dispute this outstanding balance, as I had explicitly requested cancellation of the contract. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Matrix and wish to sever all ties with the company.

This is my second attempt to report this matter, and I hope that you will take immediate action to resolve this issue. I would appreciate it if you could provide a formal cancellation confirmation and waive the disputed amount.

Please confirm in writing that my contract has been canceled, and I will not be held liable for any further charges.
