Update: last week go...
Update: last week got a response on Hello Peter will be attended to, not 1 call received... After my complaint, the device briefly started working, however it is still not functioning correctly. The app and WhatsApp system are now showing conflicting information about the status of the unit. This inconsistency makes the tracking device unreliable. A tracking system is meant to be dependable at all times, and this kind of intermittent behaviour raises serious concerns about the product’s reliability and accuracy. I am not comfortable continuing with a device that is already showing faults and inconsistencies so soon after installation. My request for cancellation without penalty still stands. Currently APP shows device thumbs down, battery good, Whatsapp signal test shows all good???
