Unwanted serivice.
I am being billed for an unwanted service. I sent a cancekation letter last month with no response. I was billed this month again I do not want your service, refund me my money and cancel this **** service. Q v

Our investigation revealed that your original request was not sent to an invalid MiX Telematics email address. We were therefore not aware of your request and therefore not in a position to action the cancellation.
We would like to confirm that in the interest of customer satisfaction and without prejudice, your agreement with MiX Telematics will be terminated with immediate effect.
We would like to remind you that all outstanding subscriptions until end February 2015 are still payable by you at your earliest convenience.
