Unverified Matrix Account

0n 05/04/2024 I request Matrix to install tracker in my cars. The installer mistakenly sent confirmation certificate with my personal details but with someone car details. I immediately reported this error, Matrix promised to remove that on their system. I even stopped them from installing tracker in my cars because of that error caused. Now I keep received notifications from lawyers to pay my account which wasn't opened yet. I don't have a Yaris car that is written to their certificate that was sent to me. Kindly assist as this will dent my credit record
