I called matrix to confirm my outstanding balance and debit order date as i am a new client, The lady that helped me (Dipuo) was useless, she couldn't tell me my outstanding balance or assist with changing the debit order date and this person works in your accounts department, at the end of the call nothing was achieved and now iv been invoice blind sided all because some fool couldn't answer some questions, Wake up
