Unreliable, Panic button useless.

On the 30th of March 2 unknown men entered my car while parked outside the license department in vereeniging and ordered me to drive, I proceeded to press my panic button a number of times when i got a chance , till this day I have not received a call or assistance. This is the second time this has happened where I got no response from using the panic button.
