Unreliable
Matrix is just not a reliable company we should rely on they dont get back to their customers it been over an hour pressing the picnic button no one has gotten back to me what if I'm hijacked I even tried calling them on their 011 number I have been holding for more then 30min u just can't test your device I just cant wait for my contract to end I really trusted them but I was proven wrong
