Unrecovered Funds - Mixtelematics
I have been waiting for a refund for over 3 months from Mixtelematics after being double billed after I upgraded my package with them. I have been dissatisfied with their service and I do not understand why am I not being refunded after I received an email of confirmation that they would. Even after being double billed for 3 months and finding out that they had the wrong car registration covered, they still have not come back to me with my refund. Really unprofessional.
