Unprofessional service
Terrible customer services, holding me hostage to a contract that has ended. I was handed over to MDD debt collectors for an expired Beame account, paid the settlement amount but still being billed on a monthly basis. I tried calling them but their call center agents are not taking calls regardless of trying their different contact numbers on their product offering and it's been an ongoing nightmare for over 3 months and counting. I would honestly not recommend this company to anyone. Very, very unprofessional
