Unprofessional money making ******

Unprofessional money making ****** I had 3 units fitted on three vehicles two mainly business and one personal one vehicle got hijacked and Matrix never even bothered to keep me on the loop not even one call from them about the update and progress of my vehicles the other business vehicle was involved in an accident and was sold leaving me with one unit for my personal vehicle lately I just found out that my name is listed on the credit bureau I send Matrix an email with no reply until I got a message from Nimble credit solutions saying I owe R6346 and later a consultant by the name Caroline madube rep**** my email asking for few information so she can access my account i gave her all information and she never spoke to me ever again i send another email to matrix and got a reply from Nimble credit solutions saying I owe R8745 and on my credit profile it says I am I arrears of R5634 so now I am confused what is going on here are they here to track our cars which in my case they have failed dismally or are they collecting revenue all I want is for them to cancel the ****** contract and remove my name on the credit bureau I was never consulted with anything they are truly Unprofessional
