Unprofessional Company and Stuff Telematrics
I spoke to one of your urgents,and couldn't assist instead he transferred to another department and had to be on hold for almost 30 Min.
My only request was to cancel the device as the car was sold,but I guess that is too much to ask,as we are not valued as customers.
I DON'T WANT THIS DEVICE EVER!!!!!!
