Unprofessional and manipulative
In June I phoned their tracking department to check my device, I was informed that they cannot trace my car so I must phone their customer care. I did try phoning them without success, I sent emails they didn't respond. They continued to debit from my bank account after numerous emails to cancel the account. Surprisingly today I received a call from MBD attorneys informed that I was handed over as I was reversing their debits.
