Unhappy client-terrible service
Terrible customer service. Sent numerous emails re-519005 account but no one has responded. Been calling them since Sept but one gets those automated replies until it cuts off. Left countless emails and voice messages to be contacted. But they have the nerve to annoy me with threatening emails and sms that my account is overdue!!

01 Dec 2022, 15:51Mixtelematics contacted me on 16Nov and promised to correct their billing and pass the necessary credit. I told them I will pay in full as soon as I see the new statement,which the accounts dept was supposed to send immediately. This never happened and they are still harassing me and even told me that they are handing me over to the credit bureau. This is pathetic, horrible service indeed. Mixtelematics think they are above the law. I was contemplating giving them another chance as my service providers but definitely they do not deserve my money and I will be terminating my contract.
