UNHAPPY CLIENT

Good day, yesterday I went to apply for a loan to my surprise I was told that on my credit report it appears that I am in arrears with Matrix and have not paid the account is 16 months. This has got me so so upset as I am up to date with premiums with the Matrix car tracker I have only missed 2 payment but paid them and I was told most recently that I am up to date, yet on my credit profile it appears as I am in arrears for 16 months , how is that possible even if I was in arrears, I have only had the tracker for less than 13 months. Jeez this is killing me ...,Please I urge you to fix this, also anyone reading this review and has a tracker with Matrix , I advise you to please look at your credit profile....
