unhappy client

I would like to say how disgusted with Mix Telematics, firstly I was hijacked on the 28th of December and the guy that helped me only cared about how much I was going to get charged for the recovery if I did not open a case,no sympathy at all. The guys that came to recover the vehicle were rude(telling me how much I was wasting their time as they have been waiting long for us to come) and drove off leaving us alone on the scene and I did not even sign the documents that they wanted me to sign and I wanted them to explain to me exactly what I was signing for. Today I get an invoice showing that you will debit R2773.48 from my account which I did not agree to ,also when I took up this contract no one mentioned to me that you get charged over and above your monthly premium if you ask Mix Telematics to do what I am paying for each month ? So what exactly Im a paying for monthly if I still get charged the day I need the service. It has been a waste of my money paying you guys monthly all this time. If you debit my account I am taking this further as I did give you consent to that and I need you to cancel this Contract with immediate effect. Account no : 791593
