Unhappy

I have just received an sms stating that my account will be debited in December. Upon following up, they informed me that it is for a vehicle I now longer own. So how is this possible that after 3 years my name still have not been taken off the system. This is a very poor oversight in general. I have had so many calls from them asking if I need a tracker on my new vehicle, every time saying no. I eventually had to block them. So no, I will not recommend them to anyone.
