UNFAIR TREATMENT
Mix telematics the way you treat your customers is actually disturbing. for months you have been calling my husband harassing him and he doesn't owe you anything. he was called in Jan and was told that his contract was coming to an end he chose not to renew. months later he gets a call from a debt company called SCS that the account has been handed over, what kind of customer service is this? don't you know how to communicate with clients? why are you bothering people who don't owe you???

Kindly note that we did get in contact with the account holder in regards to the above mentioned query. The cancellation of the MiX Telematics account has been processed and confirmation thereof has been emailed.
The account holder has also been notified that the necessary credits are being processed and is still be liable for the one month subscription that is outstanding on the account.
