UNFAIR TREATMENT

<p>I joined Mixtelematics on 20/01/2014 and they installed a tracking device for me. On 16/09/2015 i wrote termination of contract to them as I found Discovery Insurance providing me with insurance plus tracking device. Response from them was that I should pay R999,00 which they say is settlement amount of cancellation.. When i sign a contract with them, there were no conditions that if i cancel i need to pay. I went to Polokwane offices to let them remove the device from my car, the office was moved from when i use to go. I called ********** 000 number which is on the letter head and spoke to a guy who told me the Polokwane office is at corner Grobler and Paul Kruger. When i reach the place I foung that is Tiger wheels and Jippi College. I got private technician to remove their device from my car and Discovery installed their 2015 September. Telematrics are still calling me threaterning me to take legal actions against me. I was paying R189,00 per month for the device and after termination they want me to pay R999,00. They don't offer any services to me anymore, Discovery is the one monitoring my car. I spoke to a lady Indy Kokobane in september 2015 trying to explain to her but she insisted that i shoud pay. Yesterday 28/02/2017 Mixtelematics called me again insisting that i should pay and that when they call me, they add money to my account. Kindly assist me with this problem. Frengelina Motale </p>
