Unfair Debits for Written-Off Vehicle

I'm extremely disappointed with Matrix Company's handling of my account. Despite my vehicle being declared a total loss and written off in 2023, they continue to debit my account for payments. I've provided documentation to support my claim, but the issue remains unresolved.

- Vehicle make and model: Polo vivo-2023 -Date of write-off: 15 December 2023

What I want: - Immediate cessation of debits - Refund of payments made since the write-off - Update to my account records
