Unfair debit orders being taken after car

I was involved in a car accident in July, and my vehicle was written off. The tracker company (MixTelematics) was aware of this, as they were involved in the investigation and provided necessary information. Despite this, they continued debiting monthly installments for the tracker.

When I contacted them, one of their rude consultants stated that we needed to send a written email to cancel the account, even though they were fully aware the vehicle was no longer in use. I sent the required cancellation email on 7th October, but I have received no response to date.

It is now December, and they are still deducting monthly payments. Their records clearly have not been updated, and they are refusing to refund the unauthorised charges despite their knowledge of the vehicle’s status.

This is completely unacceptable. I am requesting:

1. Immediate cancellation of the account. 2. A refund for all deductions made after the vehicle was written off.
