********* company / Disgusting Customer Service

This is now 4th review of this ********* company as i cant contact them on any of there numbers , i just received a final demand letter for something i dont even have and never accepted , one hundred and forty nine rand bill . Its been since Oct 2022 and these people keep harassing me. I really dont know what to do . I now being threatened that my credit will be affected .. Still no one can have this problem solved .. All this because i asked a quote ?

I had a call in december stating the invoice will be cancelled by December 15 , 2 days ago i had a call from a call center agent , tell me someone is attending to it ... If i had to agree to a 36 month contract why did i onyl receive one bill? where the contract that i agreed to??
