********* business. Just appalling

This company is engaged in ********* business practices. I don’t have an account with them but my brother does. They called me under the guise of being a next of kin on my brothers account and now they put the account in my name because his credit record is bad. I want it removed and they say I must talk to my brother whom I haven’t spoken to in ages. I want my name removed from that account as I did not consent to anything of that sort. Instead of listening to their recordings they are telling me nonsense.
