Unconsented Debit orders

It is such a disappointment to have an unreliable tracking company, to deal with people that do not provide explanation or feedback as to how debit orders are going off my account without my consent. I have emailed them on numerous occasions without any feedback. I received one call from a lady by the name of Goodness when the initial email was sent on the 3rd of March 2021 to the company to investigate why a debit order is going off my account for a vehicle I owned in 2017. I was told by one of the consultants that this vehicle tracker was reactivated, a vehicle I know longer own and did not give consent for a debit. I was told my Goodness that they will be pulling the voice recordings and will comeback to me with feedback, to date I have not received any feedback. I have been receiving sms's notifying me that I am 60 days overdue and I should pay to avoid legal action, paying for a tracker for a vehicle I don't own. I have emailed them the sms that was sent and still no feedback.
