Unauthorized service added - Theft

Sales consultant **********ly added Matrix Protect to my account after I refused twice on a 'recorded call'. This is theft!!!!!! Only found a so called welcome pack (email) regarding the new ad on service - call center confirmed service has been added. Ironically the company that is supposed to protect you against theft are *******!!! Unacceptable and would consider cancelling my service!!! Others beware!
