Unauthorized Premiums
I requested for transfer of my tracking unit to a guy I sold my car to in April 2023. I have emails correspondence of what was required but till this day I m being billed for a unit that's not in my possession. every month I have to do reversals on unauthorized debit order. now they claim I m in arrears. poor service at its best.
