Unauthorized debt orders!!!!

I'm so disgusted with the service i have received from this company. They are a bunch of **********. The have debited my account 4 times in a spaces of 5 days.

I spoke to one of your consultants YESTERDAY to rectify this but nothing was done. This morning my account was debited .

I want my money back. This is unauthorized. I understand my account was in arrears because of YOUR mistakes but i did not give you consent to debit my account 4 times in 5 days.

I'm definitely taking this up with the Ombudsman if it it not rectified immediately

Some call me immediately.
