Unauthorized debit orders

This company keeps on debiting my account without permission i cancel my tracking device with them in 2016 after taking my car for service and their device was just not hidden enough since it just fell down while they service my car i never gave them permission to debit my account they keep on doing even thought i have desputed their debit order several times and also stopped their debit order they keep on coming with deffence refences
