Unauthorized Debit orders

I took a tracker with Matrix which only worked for 2 weeks, spent a month with trying to get them to come fix it, this one day i held the line for almost a day, submitted a number of tickets, still no one showed so i decided to cancel their services guess what they are still debiting, this all happened September 2023.
