Unauthorized Debit order after cancellation

Do not do business with Matrix. We followed the correct procedures when we cancelled our contracts, yet after a year they still deduct money from our account via debit order. Numerous emails were send and they ignore any communication. I do not know what more to do....should I open a ***** case against them?
