Unauthorized debit order

I overpaid my account with R250 last month. I was informed that a debit order of R116 Will ba deducted from my account instead of the normal R350 or so. To my surprise, two debits went through my *** AND R116, why is that? Why are you debiting my account as you wish? Please refund me my R250 and stop this nonsense
