Unauthorized debit order😡😤
During the month of December 2023 I received a sms and email regarding early debit from the company. It's Christmas every cent counts to make the family have an enjoyable holiday. I don't get a 13th cheque like most during the holidays and expressed my view of mix Telematics debiting my account. Several emails sent to them NOT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT.! Yet they still did. How is this legal?
Why is it that cooperations can do whatever they want and the civilians can't do anything about it?
This is unacceptable. I feel violated, like I was ****** by someone.
If anyone can assist in me getting back at them and have any advice please let me know

I apologize I work nightshifts so sometimes I may be sleeping during the day. Also you sent me a reply stating you guys sent me a sms stating that you will be debiting my account on the 22nd December 2023. Is my debit order agreed date not on the 1st of every month? Is that not a breach of contract?
Furthermore I have sent you screenshots of me emailing your company with reference numbers yet no response from the 9th of December until I get on hello Peter then only a call and email?
Who is going to reimburse me for my overdraft? How is this going to be resolved as I was "******".
The definition of theft is ********ly and intentionally depriving a person of their property.
Need I say more? I at no time given you permission to debit my account on any date besides the agreed upon date.
