Unauthorised Deduction & Credit Score Damage After Cancellation – Disgusted!

I am absolutely furious with the shocking treatment I’ve received from Tele Matics / Matrix Beame.
I cancelled my tracking policy and had to beg for months just to get a cancellation letter. Eventually, they sent one—but even after cancellation, they continued to deduct money from my account without my consent. This is blatant *****!
And now, to make matters worse, they’ve reported me to Experian for a missed payment—AFTER they confirmed my cancellation! My credit score is now affected because of their complete incompetence and ********* behaviour.
This company shows no accountability, no professionalism, and no regard for their customers. I will be taking this further and reporting them to the Ombudsman. If you're thinking of using Tele Matics / Matrix Beame—DON’T!
It's been two weeks and I asked Claudia for an update on my report after I had to pay for a Credit Report that was requested by your accountants departement.
Ever since you phoned me to say the fault was indeed on your side and that your company actually owed me money but you put me on experian as a non payment for May.
Claudia promised to do everything in her power to get my name cleared but now she is not responding to my emails. Again this is nothing new!!
I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman and my attorneys will also be in contact with your ceo Stefan Joselowitz.
