Unauthorised debit
Om the 24/04/23 .I received as call from matrix the lady was asking me when am I going to pay what I owe them.I asked her what happened to my account she said it was not debited I wanted to know why and she said her Superviser will call me Bach to date she never called back as promiced instead they debited twice without my authorisation .they sent a e mail in a language that I don't understand was waiting for somebody to explain what happened and I made it clear that If it was not my fault Im not willing to pay.If they debited and didn't get the money I am going to pay.

As per our telephone conversation earlier today, we confirm that the unit is still within the contractual period and therefore requires a settlement amount.
