unauthorised and ******* and *****ulent transection by Matrix vehicle tracking

this so dissapoint for matrix vehicle tracking debit and accout for a cancelled account and the cancelled my account in the middle of the month while i requsted them to cancell it at the end of the month, come end of the month they debit my account while the decided to cancel my services before the time i indicated on the letther that i will attach here, i called them and i holded the call for 1h15 min the the call was dropped by the canceling department, they decided to debit my bank accout illigally and frodulantly so . attack is the letter i send to them to cancel my accout at the end of the month but they cancelled it emmediately. attached letter: Good day Please cancel my subscription by 30/03/2026.any debit on my account will be deemed unauthorised and ******* and *****ulent transection. Reason is the system is expensive and always in accurate on tracking, it does not serve the purpose. I don’t want to carry on paying for system that does not work.
