Unanswered call for 2 days!!!
<p>I have been calling Mix Telematics with regards to the Beame tracker account. Since yesterday the phones have not been answered, they just ring as if the offices do not exist. I called: ********** 631; ********** /*** and all 5 numbers are unanswered
Thank you hellopeter for the assistance!!!!! Mix Telematics responded promptly and I have just experienced Customer Service Recovery at its best! Sadie was calm, empathetic and very professional. She allowed me to vent and she apologized profusely, and never shifted the blame. Thank you Sadie!!!!!
