Unacceptable service

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Matrix since NOV 2022 and my debit order was still being deducted until FEB 2023, I had to go to my Banking app and I had to cancel my debit order to Matrix.

This has been the worse Customer Service so far and I am still struggling for Matrix to refund me my 2 months subscription that was debited from my account even though my subscription was cancelled.

Now based on this experience I can guarantee that there will be a lot more customer's cancelling and moving over to a service provider that can provide better service and value for their money.

I have called so many times, sent numerous emails and we now in March still my money has not been refunded to me.

This is indirectly *****ing because I cannot pay for a service that I requested to be cancelled.
