Unable to update Debit Order Details.
Matrix Beame Issue I have moved my Banking account from Standard Bank to Nedbank in February 2025. As part of the package, Nedbank undertook to inform all my creditors, Beame by Matrix was one of them. Nedbank informed them on 18 March 2025 with reference number: ***.
Despite the above, I was debited for the premium on my old Standard Bank Account. I then phoned Matrix on 2 May 2025 at 9:26am to update my details. At first the consultant could not fid my account account. Eventually she did, after i gave her my vehicle registration number. I provided the new banking details, which the consultant confirmed was captured.
Lo and and behold, on 31 May 2025, the SBSA account was debited again. I then send an email to *** on 31 May at 21:10 to change my debit order details and i included confirmation letter from Nedbank. Guess what! Matrix sent me a "requested Tax Invoice".
This begs the question: Is somebody actually reading the emails?
Demands: a. Written confirmation that my debit order details as per my email of 31 May 2025 has been actioned. b. Refund of 50% of my bank charges of R460.00, which amounts to R230.00.
