Unable to obtain refund
I have still not been refunded since my last contact with Mix telematics 2 weeks ago. This has been going on for 2 months now. I was promised the refund the same week. I am seriously considering changing my service provider. My premium was doubled as a result of an ************ call centre agent who did not even disclose the price increase to me. Seriously appalled by the lack of service by Mix telematics /Tracker
